As a Tier 1 Design & Build Contractor, we deliver essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site operations, lead teams and play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.
You'll be the driving force on site, coordinating labour, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders, while working closely with our Project Managers, designers and commercial teams to keep projects moving.
If you're an experienced construction professional who takes pride in leading people, delivering quality and finding sustainable solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As Construction Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of construction activities, ensuring that safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives are achieved.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Put safety at the heart of everything you do, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, company procedures and safe systems of work.
Quality Assurance: Ensure construction works meet drawings, specifications, contractual requirements and client expectations, managing inspections, snagging and defects.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop site teams, promoting our ENGAGED behaviours and creating a positive, collaborative working environment.
Planning & Preparation: Support Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), surveys and pre-construction activities, including preparation of Construction Phase Plans and supporting documentation.
Commercial Awareness: Monitor site costs, manage resources efficiently and support the commercial team with progress reports and valuation information.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with clients, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders.
Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate site diaries, inspection records and reports, attend project meetings and escalate risks, delays and issues where necessary.
You'll also be responsible for conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
