Congratulations to all our employees

Binnies is delighted to share the successes of its employees as they progress in their careers. A number have achieved chartered status for their relevant institutions recently and continued their Binnies journeys. We encourage staff to pursue personal and professional development opportunities to increase our pool of talent and continue our steady growth across a number of engineering sectors and services.

Congratulations to Binnies Technical Director Monzurul Islam, who is now a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Manager in addition to being a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng).

Project Manager Graham Campbell and Senior Hydraulic Modeller Paddy West are now Chartered Water and Environmental Managers (C.WEM). Binnies Senior Electrical, Instrument, Control and Automation (EICA) Engineer Vicky Herbert has achieved Chartered Engineer status with the IET. In addition, Binnies Electrical Design Engineer Rachel Norris has been awarded Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and Member of the IET (MIET).

Congratulations to Technical Director Dave Jowett, who has been made Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and to Principal Flood and Coastal Consultant Emily Clarke, who has been granted Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management fellowship.

Last year, we commended Senior Environmental Scientist Kimberley Hague on her achievements, as she was another step closer to attaining the level of full Chartered Environmentalist. Well, Kimberley is now a Full Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and a Chartered Environmentalist!

Lastly, we would like to congratulate Binnies Director of Asset Management Christopher Steele on becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM).

A huge “well done” to everyone for their hard work in achieving these fantastic professional qualifications. Binnies is proud to encourage and support all its employees to work towards chartership, and the company’s learning and development processes are in place to provide full support on this journey.
