Binnies has strengthened its water efficiency capabilities with the appointment of Stephanie Fox as Water Efficiency Innovation Lead within the Water Behaviour Lab.

Stephanie joins Binnies with extensive experience delivering behaviour change, stakeholder engagement and communications programmes across the UK water sector. She will play a key role in advancing the Water Behaviour Lab’s mission to help water companies better understand customer behaviour and accelerate progress towards water efficiency and per capita consumption reduction targets.

The Water Behaviour Lab brings together expertise in behavioural science with synthetic audiences created by artificial intelligence to develop new approaches to customer engagement and water-saving interventions. By enabling organisations to test ideas, share insight and learn from behavioural evidence, the lab aims to support more effective and targeted water efficiency programmes.

Before joining Binnies, Stephanie was Head of Membership, Marketing and Engagement at Waterwise, where she led campaigns, communications, social research and stakeholder engagement activities that supported water efficiency across the UK.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked with water companies, regulators, government departments and industry organisations to deliver collaborative programmes that create meaningful engagement and support positive customer outcomes. Her expertise spans behaviour change, sustainability communications, stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

Stephanie also serves as a board member of Frank Water, reflecting her long-standing commitment to sustainability and ensuring future generations have access to clean, affordable water.

Her appointment reinforces Binnies’ commitment to combining innovation, data-led insight and behavioural approaches to help clients meet the challenges of water scarcity and build greater resilience for the future.
