Binnies brand returns to water sector as RSK group completes acquisition of UK and Asia water businesses from Black & Veatch

On 18 January 2021, RSK purchased the UK and Asia water businesses of Black & Veatch. Consequently, 1200 employees have moved from Black & Veatch into the RSK group along with all the contracts, assets and offices of the acquired entities.
