The Glyn Ellis Prize, Early Career Paper Competition, is an annual competition run by the CIWEM North Western and North Wales branch to provide those at the start of their career with a forum to showcase their work.

Mohammed Ahmad, Regional Delivery Manager (Wales) for Binnies, is heading up the judging team. He specialises in flood risk management appraisal and economic assessments and has led complex high-profile appraisal projects including Cardigan TFRMS.
