A spotlight on talent, dedication and collaborative spirit
On Thursday, 25 September 2025, colleagues from across Binnies gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements of their peers at the 2025 Binnies People Awards. Held in a lively and uplifting ceremony at the Birmingham Central Library, a BREEAM certified sustainable building, the event shone a spotlight on the talent, dedication and collaborative spirit that define the Binnies community.
Hosted by Tony Koodie, Rachel Cossins, Chris Bates and Will Shaw, the evening was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments and well-deserved recognition. Their energy and humour brought warmth to the stage and kept the celebrations flowing.
A highlight of the night was the presence of Alan Ryder, CEO of RSK Group, whose attendance underscored the wider impact of Binnies’ work across the group. His words of encouragement reminded attendees of the value their contributions bring to communities and clients alike.
Awards were presented across a range of categories, from innovation and sustainability to health, safety and wellbeing. Each winner exemplified the ENGAGED values that underpin Binnies’ culture.
